*Shipping is always free. We're a small team so it normally takes us a day or two to process orders, and shipping arrives between 7 to 12 business days or less for U.S. delivery. We use UPS for local U.S. orders and/or DHL for international shipping.

Returns

We have a 28 day return policy. Returns request must be communicated to us within 28 days of the ship date received. Returns or refunds are not given after 28 days of the ship date received.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. To initiate a return or refund request, simply send us an email to help@laurasonia.com stating why you’re requesting a refund or why you would like to return the item. Also include your order number, photo of the item being returned (if damaged), and date of purchase within the body of the email.  

Please note that clothing colors may vary due to photography lenses, indoor/outdoor lighting, and computer monitor resolutions. Clothing patterns may also vary. These situations do not qualify as defects and the buyer will pay return shipping if a return to our warehouse is attempted.

No returns, refunds, or exchanges will be accepted on accessories or belts. All sales are final.

Refunds

Refunds will be processed and granted on a case-by-case basis. Generally, you will be given a full refund if your items arrive damaged or have not been received.  Allow up to 5-10 business days for your refund to be processed to your original form of payment.

Do you ship worldwide?

Will my order be shipped in multiple parcels?
If you place a large order, it may be fulfilled in multiple shipments.
 
How long will my order take to deliver?
Click here for our full Shipping and Delivery info. Once your order is traceable, it should take between 7 to 12 business days (to the U.S) to arrive at your doorstep. Other International destination shipping times will vary. 

Will I have to pay any customs fees?
We are confident that there will be no customs fees. However we are not responsible for customs fees or import duties. If any such costs are required, it is the buyer’s responsibility to pay the balance.

What are my delivery options?
We currently only offer one standard shipping option, which is free.
 
How secure is your site?
Laura Sonia processes payments using the Stripe payment gateway. Stripe is certified to PCI Service Provider Level 1, the most stringent level of certification. We take security very seriously; all payments are verified by Stripe to prevent fraud.
 
Can I amend my order?
Contact Us as soon as possible if you wish to amend your order. We ship items out usually within 1 to 3 working days, so cannot guarantee any changes will be made. It is your responsibility to ensure you check out with the correct items and shipping info.
 
Where is my order?
You will receive an email with tracking information once your order is dispatched.
 
How do I track my parcel?

Can I return or exchange an item?
Absolutely. We offer a 30 day refund time from the date you receive your parcel. Read our Refund Policy page for more info. If you are unhappy with your order, we encourage you to email us directly on our website, so we may resolve your issue with the product.
