We have a 28 day return policy. Returns request must be communicated to us within 28 days of the ship date received. Returns or refunds are not given after 28 days of the ship date received.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. To initiate a return or refund request, simply send us an email to firstname.lastname@example.org stating why you’re requesting a refund or why you would like to return the item. Also include your order number, photo of the item being returned (if damaged), and date of purchase within the body of the email.
Please note that clothing colors may vary due to photography lenses, indoor/outdoor lighting, and computer monitor resolutions. Clothing patterns may also vary. These situations do not qualify as defects and the buyer will pay return shipping if a return to our warehouse is attempted.
No returns, refunds, or exchanges will be accepted on accessories or belts. All sales are final.
Refunds will be processed and granted on a case-by-case basis. Generally, you will be given a full refund if your items arrive damaged or have not been received. Allow up to 5-10 business days for your refund to be processed to your original form of payment.
